Pilates is a body conditioning method of stretching and strengthening exercises. Helping to strengthen and tone muscles, improve posture, provide flexibility and balance, unite body and mind and create a more streamlined shape. Through the various exercises, key muscles necessary for spinal stabilisation are strenghtned to retain their holding capacity and ability to work with other muscles, protecting and supporting the spine.
We run Pilates sessions in our studio in Tring on a one to one, shared sessions and group sessions.
